Zdravim,
dnes sa mi pocas jazdy rozsvietila kontrolka vypnutia DSTC+chybne hlasenie: "stabilitäts control wartung erforderlich" - udrzba kontroly stability. Ako bonus k tomu hned zacalo haprovat turbo - najprv vyplo /vtedy motor siel vytocit max do 3tis ot./ potom zase zaplo.. Po vypnuti motoru a naslednom nastartovani bolo vsetko OK, no po prejdeni 300m zase to iste..Auto ma najazdenych 90 000 km a dufam ze neodisiel stabilizacny system.. :(
Stretol sa niekto z vas s podobnym problemom, resp. vie mi pls niekto poradit o co moze ist..?

Mohlo odejít jen nějake čidlo na kole , nebo se tam mohla dostat voda - rozdělej zastrčky u kol a pročisti konkorem ;)

Turbo - nemusí to být zrovna turbem - muže to být EGR nebo mohl odejít ventil ovládaní turba - to je težky co to muže být :nevim:

skorej by som povedal, ze ti auto dalo do bezpecnostneho nudzoveho rezimu a s motorom a jeho poruchou to nebude mat nic spolocneho.
Na kole (myslim prave predne) je taky kruh - senzor otaciek kolesa. Teraz neviem ci je to len na ABS alebo to je cele spojene v jeden system. Hapruje ti ten senzor, vraca zle hodnoty a zato ti nejde pravdepodobne ani DSTC. A auto ti dalo do nudzaku aby si nemohol jet nejako "rychlo" kvoli vlastnej bezpecnosti

fajne :( , teraz som sa bol previezt, akonahle som nastartoval zacala uz aj svietit kontrolka chyby motora.. turbo je funkcne ale zapina nepravidelne /tak ako som uz pisal/..toto asi nebude mat zo senzormi na kolese nic spolocne..?!aj ked zavady sa prejavili sucasne, akonahle zacalo blbnut turbo,rozsvietila sa aj porucha DSTC..
Vies mi prosim odhadom povedat co stoji taky senzor?

vypni dstc ( ono se teda vypne jen částečně ) - ale zkusto , zda se něco změní ;)

kontrolka motora ma povacsine len oznamovaciu funkciu ze Ti chce jednotka cez diagnostiku nieco povedat, tak sa jej na to v prvom rade treba opytat, hned budes mudrejsi ;) zrejme ta to fakt len hadze preventivne do nudzaku

Dnes som bol u kamarata v servise, kde mi robil predbeznu diagnostiku /cez uni soft/, ako som ocakaval,tak nezobrazila presny popis zavady, robil aj diagnostiku za jazdy, auto bolo uplne zmatane-samo pridavalo plyn, povedal ze RJ /motor/ nekomunikovala s RJ /stabilizac.system/.Auto si tak robilo co chcelo. Zacalo uz aj svietit ABS :x . On sa domnieva, ze treba preinstalovat software, to bude ten lepsi pripad, horsi nova RJ.. :( Uvidime, co zajtra nato pani vo Volve /konecne si na mna nasli cas:)/
Neda mi to dnes spat, preto sa chcem spytat, ci sa niekto stretol s podobnym pripadom a ako to dopadlo..? Este pripominam, ze senzory ot.kolies su ok..

Tak mam po diagnostike v autorizaku, d.u. prikladam vysledok.Zobrazila sa aktivna chyba EGR ventilu a BCM/DSTC/ nieco na sposob neaktivnej komunikacie medzi RJ motora a DSTC.
1) Po diagn. sme skusili najlacnejsiu moznost a to preinstalovat software na ECM. Vysledok ziadny.
2) Odpojili sme konektor od egr v. a auto slapalo na plny vykon, (sice kontrolky chyby motora a dstc stale svietili), ked sme konektor pripojili, motor 100% tahal cca 30sek. resp. do chvile pokial sa znovu nerosvietilo dstc, vtedy akoby turbo netahalo... Po naslednom odpojeni konektora zase motor besnel..
V sevise mechanik vravel, ze vsetko nasvedcuje tomu, ze je tam vadny egr, uz sa udajne stretol s podobnym problemom..ked som sa ho pytal, ci ho len netreba vycistit, pochopitelne odpovedal NIE :lol:, ze musi byt vymena za novy - cena aj s prisl. 280euri.
V tom momente som zaplatil za diagn. a rozlucil sa.
Chcem sa spytat ci sa oplati z hladiska zivnostnosti a spracovania kupovat neorigo diel, ktory isto vyjde lacnejsie, nakolko toto su nekrestanske peniaze za nieco, co ani nepotrebujem mat v obehu :evil:
+ keby niekto vedel c.produktu/egr/ pre typ motora D4164T - 1.6.D r.2007, sem s nim,bo na nete ho nikde pre tento typ neviem najst.

v náhradě ho nikdo nedělá ;)

jedine co mužeš je , že se poptáš ve Fordu , Peugeotu nebo Citroenu jestli ho nemají levnější .
Nebo pak někde vzit použitej - z vrakače , na e-bay - ale tady hrozi riziko , že nevíš v jakem je stavu ;)

Zvlaštni je spojení nefunkčního EGR a DSTC :?: ale aspon víme pro příště ;)

Nerozumiem tomu ani ja,taktiez ma nenapada uz bic ine, len dufat, ze to je ozaj ten egr. Uz som sa dohodol s druhym mechanikom, ze ho skusi najprv vycistit, a uvidime ci sa ventil chyti. Pokial nie, kupim novy..

to wrbics: od Fordu, prip. Peugeotu by mal byt diel pre moj typ motoru kompatibilny??
a vedel by si mi poradit nejaku www.stranku na autodiely?

vyčistit - zkusit se to muže , a uvidiš !

EGR s forda , peugeota , ... - kde je stejný motor tzn. 1,6Tdci , 1,6Hdi = 80kw je stejný - protože PSA ho dělají pro Forda , Volvo

no co jsem našel tak narychlo , zběžně , zbytek je na Tobě ;)


pozn. obchod autopilot - na ně bacha , blba komunikace , spiš žádna a dlouha čekací doba :!:
